- And... whenever you subscribe for the first time, a second letter is included, introducing general information about France + a map.

About the idea
Letters From Margot was an idea we got after reading a novel The Guernsey Literary & Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer & Annie Barrows. “Perhaps there is some secret sort of homing instinct in books (letters) that brings them to their perfect readers. How delightful if that were true”.
In such a connected world, snail mail has never been so fashionable! We believe there is nothing better than a good old vintage & creative letter in your letter box to make you happy for the day!
About the process
Every month an original letter and a Language & Cultural page are written. High quality prints are made using thick and ecological paper on a local printers in France.
About us
Margot - a French mom, author, artist and teacher -, and her husband - web developer and musician -, will send you a monthly snail mail creative letter to introduce France to you, its culture and beautiful romantic language - French!

Frequently Asked Questions
Our letter-sending follows a simple cycle: letters are sent on the 10th of the month (or on the first working day after the 10th) to all customers from whom we have received the payment.
- If you subscribe before the 10th of the month, your first letter is sent on the 10th.
- If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, your first letter is sent on the 10th of the following month.
We send our letters on the 10th of the month (or on the first working day after the 10th).
Please note that, once a letter was posted, we do not accept to refund it.
One subscription per family is sufficient, unless everyone needs a copy!
Yes you can!
Your cancellation will affect your current cycle. This means that:
- If you are on a monthly subscription, you will receive the last letter you paid for, but no more after that.
- If you are on a 6-months subscription, you will keep receiving our letters until the end of the cycle, i.e. 6 months after the date of your subscription or renewal.
- If you are on a yearly subscription, you will keep receiving our letters until the end of the cycle, i.e. 1 year after the date of your subscription or renewal.
